A 12-foot sit-on-top fishing kayak with a raised mesh seat, gear tracks and open tankwells. It is a common first fishing kayak because it has many features of pricier boats at a mid-range price.

What reviewers say
Reviewers agree the seat is the standout and that the boat is stable and tracks well for a 12-foot fishing kayak. The big open tankwells hold a crate and a cooler. The most repeated complaint is the shallow molded rod holders, which many owners replace or extend. Dry storage is small, and some find it hard to stand and fish from. Most call it a good value for sit-down anglers on lakes and slow rivers.
Good
- Comfortable, adjustable mesh seat
- Stable and tracks well
- Gear tracks and console ready for electronics
- Large open storage front and back
Not so good
- 64 lb is heavy to car-top alone
- Shallow rod holders
- Little sealed dry storage
- Not the best platform for standing
Who it's for
Anglers who want a stable, well-equipped kayak without paying for pedal drives. Skip it if you mainly fish standing up or need a light boat.
