What reviewers say
Australian Hiker scored it 8.3 of 10 and noted it weighs only a couple of grams more than Sea to Summit's plastic set while being much tougher. Packstack gave it 7.5 of 10, saying the knife is sharper than expected but that aluminum can't take prying or hard cutting the way titanium can. Most owners call it durable; a minority say the pieces bend more easily than they'd like, and one wondered if the finish will chip over time.
Good
- Very light for metal utensils
- Sharp knife for a camp set
- Clips together so pieces don't go missing
Not so good
- Aluminum can bend under hard use
- Hand wash only
Who it's for
Backpackers who eat trail meals and want sturdier utensils than plastic. Heavy-duty camp cooks may want stainless or titanium.
