What reviewers say
Owners describe clear glass and quick, steady readings on flat ground and in the mountains, and many call it good value. GunMag Warehouse ranged distant silos with it and found it fast and consistent. Rokslide compared it with two other Vortex rangefinders. One owner disliked how little feel the range button gives.
Good
- 7x glass is easier to hold on target than 5x units
- Long reach for rifle hunters
- Last mode reads past brush
- Lifetime warranty
Not so good
- Heavier than the smallest rangefinders
- No built-in ballistic holds
- Button feel draws some complaints
Who it's for
Rifle and bow hunters who want long reach and a warranty that covers anything. Skip it if you want bullet drop numbers on screen.
