What reviewers say
CleverHiker calls it one of the lightest, roomiest solo shelters and says it is worth the price for hikers who want ultralight without feeling cramped. Treeline Review's 2026 test found it handled rain and strong wind and had no condensation trouble in their use. Both note that Dyneema tents take practice to pitch tight, and Treeline adds that the doors need two hands to zip. SectionHiker suggests it suits moderate weather best.
Good
- Extremely light and small packed
- Tall, roomy interior for one
- Good ventilation
Not so good
- Expensive
- Finicky to pitch taut
- Needs a trekking pole and stakes you supply
Who it's for
Thru-hikers and weight-focused solo backpackers. Beginners or anyone on a budget should start with a cheaper double-wall tent.
